As from Monday, 23 March 2009, the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Indonesia will operate Mondays from 12 noon to 2pm, and Fridays 2pm to 4pm in the offices of Multicultural SA at 24 Flinders Street, Adelaide (near Victoria Square in the city).
Free services for Indonesian citizens/students include processing Reports on Arrival and Changes of Address in passports, and Permanent Return letters.
The Hon. Consulate will not be able to provide the forms at the time of processing and all forms for completion must be downloaded from this page. (Click on the form(s) you require below to download or right click to 'save target as').

Other, fee-based services on behalf of the Indonesian Government will include Legalisation (certification) of:
- medical, education, marriage, birth, death and other records;
- documents including the use of trade marks, authorisation of agents and trade/business agreements and assignment of Power of Attorney in Indonesia, and
- translations.
All Visa and Passport matters (except for the arrival reports and address changes) must continue to be directed to the Consulate-General in Sydney – http://www.indonesianconsulatesydney.org.au – or the Embassy in Canberra – http://www.kbri-canberra.org.au
Meetings with the Indonesian Hon. Consul, Mr Deane Edgecombe, will be by appointment.
